Product Information

Our Products are derived from industrial hemp strains approved for cultivation in the EU and contain a maximum of 0.2% THC, in compliance with European regulations. Products are sold as food supplements or cosmetics and are not intended to be, and should not be used as, medicines.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, MITIGATE OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION.

Orders and Contract Formation

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your location and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at the point of order via our third-party payment providers. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees your bank may charge.

Shipping and Delivery

For orders outside of the UK, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process.

Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU and UK law, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your full order without giving any reason. You must inform us of your decision to cancel in a clear statement.

However, this right to cancel is lost for Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes (such as our oils and creams) if they become unsealed after delivery.

Returns and Refunds

If you are eligible to return a Product, you must do so within 14 days of cancellation. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. For faulty or not-as-described goods, you have a 30-day right to a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with any order is limited to the total price you paid for that order. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.
